Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to processorders before shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! If you have an address, we'll ship there - regardless of where you are in the world!

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping for orders above €50 to Europe and North America. Shipping fees for other orders are calculated on the checkout page.

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

  • Free Shipping: 10-25 Business Days
  • Regular Shipping: 10-20 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 8-15 Business Days
  • VIP Shipping: 3-15 Business Days

How do I track my order? After your item(s) have been processed and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands through the "Track Order" button in the hamburger menu or contact live support.

What if I am charged custom fees upon delivery? Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

How can I contact customer support? You can reach our customer support team through the live chat function located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

How should I wash my items? Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. We recommend hang drying for best results; however, the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Shrinking in our shirts is minimal and our designs will not fade due to the quality of our prints.

Where can I find sizing info? All of our sizing measurements are in inches and apply to all of our t-shirts. "Chest" is the width across the shirt, and "height" is the vertical length of the shirt from top to bottom. To view our exact t-shirt specifications, check out our "Size Chart" page. Additionally, brief sizing information is located directly to the right of every product page on our site.

I placed an order, why haven't I received a tracking code? This is normal - don't worry! Every order placed on our store is custom made. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your item(s) have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do? Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us via the live chat function.

My order never arrived, what should I do? If your order has not had a tracking update in over a month, we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered, we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if these issues arise so we can investigate and find solutions for you.

I made a mistake with my order! Don't worry! Please contact us ASAP via our live chat with the mistake you've made. All orders are processed at 2:00 am PDT and cannot be canceled once that time has passed. Shipping/address errors can be changed up until the point of shipping; however, size and product changes must be made as soon as possible.

How can I pay? You can pay for your items with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Klarna.

How should I wash my clothing? Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. Hang drying is recommended for best results, but a regular dryer is also fine. Minimal shrinkage and no fading of designs due to print quality.

Faulty or damaged item? Oh no! Sometimes things don't always go to plan. We'll issue you a replacement or store credit! Get in touch with us via our live chat function.

Can I stack discounts? Unfortunately, you are only able to have one discount per order unless the site states otherwise.
